  • CBD is designed to assess clinical judgement, decision making and the application of medical knowledge
  • The CBD process is talking through what occurred, considerations and reasons for actions. 
  • Its primary purpose is to provide structured teaching and feedback in a particular area of clinical practice.
  • Ratings are used only for the purpose of identifying strengths and weaknesses and providing accurate feedback on that performance.
  • The assessor should rate the complexity of the case according to the stage of training to which it is considered to be most appropriate.
  • Comparison should be made by the assessor between the trainee being observed and the level of performance expected of a doctor who is ready to complete the stage. It is expected that some ratings of Development required will be a reflection of a deficit in experience.

12.01結論:衛教EPA的口試似乎不適合使用傳統CBD,因此計畫將形式改成「情境模擬」,再自行設計情境考題。再搭配CBD的討論模式進行口試。
